The Case of the Missing Star

In the luminous city of Starvale, where shimmering skyscrapers touched the clouds and hovercrafts zipped through turquoise skies, eight-year-old Jaxson woke up to the sound of whispers. The city’s energy filled him with excitement as he pulled on his silver sneakers and raced to the balcony. Today was the annual Festival of Lights, a day when Starvale sparkled brighter than ever. But something felt off.

As he rushed through the streets lined with holographic displays and glowing murals, Jaxson noticed the flickering of the Great Crystal Star atop the tallest tower. Normally a beacon of joy, it now dimmed ominously. "What’s happening to the star?" he wondered, concern filling his heart.

Realizing he just wanted to belong, Shadow agreed to return the star’s light, and in exchange, he became their friend. Together, they ascended to the top of the tower, where the Great Crystal Star glowed brighter than ever, filling the city with dazzling colors.

Starvale erupted in cheer as the festival resumed. Jaxson and his friends, along with Shadow, watched the city illuminate. They learned that kindness can light the darkest corners, and friendship makes everything brighter.
