“What is it?” Miki asked, bouncing on the balls of his feet.

Mami, stirring a pot of fresh berry jam, raised an eyebrow. "That sounds wonderful, Nurlana! But don’t forget, dear, that farming requires care and patience.”

“I know, Mami,” Nurlana smiled, “but this will help us speed up the process. Just imagine: ripe fruits ready for the harvest in no time!”

Miki couldn’t contain his thrill. “Let’s try it out!” he shouted, grabbing Nurlana’s hand. The three of them headed out into the sprawling fields, where the earth stretched far and wide beneath the bright azure sky.

Nurlana positioned her gadget in the middle of a field filled with struggling plants, then flipped the switch. The Lumino-Grower hummed to life, emitting a soft, golden light that enveloped the crops. At first, everything seemed perfectly fine, and the plants began to stretch upward, their leaves opening wide like a show of greeting.

But as the sun climbed higher, something unexpected happened. The crops started growing at an alarming speed! The stalks reached up as if they were trying to touch the clouds, vines spiraled wildly around each other, and flowers bloomed out of control, weaving through like chaotic ribbons.

“Oh no!” Nurlana gasped as she watched the farm transform into a jungle of tangled flora. “I think I may have overdone it!”

Miki walked over to inspect the chaos. “Look! The vegetables are fighting each other for space!” he giggled, pointing at two zucchini plants that seemed to be involved in a humorous wrestling match.

“This isn't funny, Miki! We need to fix this!” Nurlana exclaimed, her heart racing. They had a real challenge ahead, and not just any gadget could solve it.

Mami came up behind them, her brow furrowed in concern. “Nurlana, can you think of a way to reverse the growth? We can't let it get out of control.”

Nurlana took a deep breath, steeling her resolve. “I’ll create another gadget — a Growth Regulator! It should help manage the plants and keep them at a reasonable size.” She started to rummage through her tools, brainstorming ideas.

Miki jumped in, full of ideas himself. “How about using solar panels? They could harness the sun’s energy!”

The siblings set to work side by side, combining their talents. Miki helped design the new gadget while Nurlana built it from scratch. Mami, supportive as ever, gathered materials from around the farm — old light bulbs, solar cells from the shed, and even some colorful wires from Nurlana’s previous experiments.
