Elisia’s heart raced, but remembering her courage, she whispered softly, “I mean you no harm.” Miraculously, the boar seemed to understand her, snorted, and then retreated into the underbrush.

Enchanted by the sight, Elisia approached the edge, splashing her hands in the refreshing water. Suddenly, a brilliant parrot, his feathers a blend of bright reds and greens, perched nearby. “Hello there, Princess!” he squawked, his voice as bright as his colors.

Elisia gasped. “You can talk?”

“Why, yes! My name is Alfred, and I’ve been waiting for someone brave enough to reach this waterfall,” he replied, his eyes sparkling with mischief. “You see, Elisia, this jungle is filled with magic, and you’ve unlocked it with your bravery.”
